At night we should not read books that stimulate our thinking and interest, such as self-improvement books and novels with deep themes. These can irritate the brain and impair slumber. Instead, you can select and read a war book. Avoid watching horror thriller and action movies at night. Interesting TV shows can also disrupt slumber.

Walking is good!

Do not exercise for more than an hour before going to bed. Going for a walk in the evening will say `welcome ‘to slumber.
